We’re available for support and training and we don’t charge for telephone calls or involve you in support tickets – we like a personal approach where you deal with the same people from start to finish.

Our team can support with new additions to your website in terms of features and functionality as well as keeping you abreast of the latest trends and technology.

We can also help to maintain your website from a technical point of view too.

Open source content management systems are constantly updating and evolving, in line with this, new versions are frequently available.

In order for us to maintain your website and ensure it is as up to date as possible, we will monitor your CMS and carry out updates to your website.

This means we will implement the latest update and then fully test the website to ensure that all functionality is working and that the new update is compatible with your website.

If there are any issues where the front end or bespoke code needs to be amended we will carry this out for you as part of our maintenance agreement.

This maintenance of your website means that we have resource available to ensure the website is up to date and fully maintained.

We charge a fee per annum for this service, dependant on the scale of the website/s and this covers you for limitless updates so no matter how many times the CMS updates in a year, you’re covered.
